Our systems are flexible in terms of the feedstocks they can handle, and therefore the problems they can solve.
The modular nature of our systems means they can be quickly deployed, and that additional capacity can be easily added. This is in stark contrast to the legacy approach to plant design, long drawn out implementation phases, and fixed capacity.
System Technical Data
Generates zero emissions and can process most forms of waste e.g. oil sludge, municipal trash, tyres, sewage, manure, medical waste and others. Ubiquitous & flexible feedstocks eliminate risk.
Employs magneto-thermic inductive heating and a state-of-the-art advanced negative pressure gasification, condensation and filtration system to deliver a consistent power output of up to 8.5MW/hour plus other useful outputs (e.g. pure water, carbon black)
Runs 24/7, 365 days per year, does not shut down for servicing
Can be configured as waste-to-energy, or also as a complete water purification, desalination, or wastewater treatment system that can process municipal sewage to recover 75% of its water as pure potable, or take 1 million gallons per day of frack/brackish/seawater, and deliver 1 million gallons of pure medical grade H20 at $low/gal
Deployment & Implementation
Turn-key, with the core system components containerized in standard 53-foot or 40-foot container systems.
Modularity means these units can be operational within 6-9 months
EIP also provides the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) service on the facility at an annual cost (TBA – project specific) that ensures that all conditions of warranty are met, and output targets will be achieved.
Quality & Reliability
The system was developed in partnership with some of the US’s leading technology companies, all of which are S&P500-listed and have heritage of circa 100 years.
Units run 365 days/year, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
Minimal moving parts, and high system redundancy ensure uptime
Built by leading public companies in America with reputations to uphold
Manufacturer’s one year warranty, plus 25-year extended warranty
Insurance wrapper from Lloyd’s of London markets.
The system meets the standards of Critical Safety Controls Systems:
